China had paid a very, very high price for our Beef Shank because Chinese people have a delicious recipe to slow cook the Shank for a very long time, making the meat very tender & tasty; hence, the shank meat is considered a premium cut of meat in China. I really hope and pray that Trump won't ANGER China with the idiotic crazy high tariff shouting and then lowering the percentage in a TACO move - this kind of irresponsible & disrespectful dealing with a foreign nation will only make China to give up buying the U.S. beef and, instead, buying it from Australia.
