"Fundamentally, the founding fathers of U.S. intelligence were liars. The better you lied and the more you betrayed, the more likely you would be promoted. These people attracted and promoted each other. Outside of their duplicity, the only thing they had in common was a desire for absolute power. I did things that, in looking back on my life, I regret. But I was part of it and loved being in it…. Allen Dulles, Richard Helms, Carmel Offie, and Frank Wisner were the grand masters. If you were in a room with them, you were in a room full of people that you had to believe would deservedly end up in hell."
Then, as he slowly sipped his tea, he added, “I guess I will see them there soon."
Sorry my phone kept interrupting my message. Dr Robert McClelland was on duty at Parkland and was one of the first Drs in the room trying to save JFK’s life. He drew that sketch that clearly showed a massive blowout in the back of JFK’s head and a tiny bullet hole in the front where the frangible bullet had entered. He was stand at the head of the gurney right above JFK’s head. That sketch is online & so are photos of JFK on the table with brain matter draining out of the back of his head. The photo you have in your column is a manipulated photograph trying to support the Lone Gunman theory-which is absolutely NOT true.
No, that is bullshit. As I note in my article, the shot did not come from the front. The video evidence proves that. Also, the angle of the shot could not have been made by Oswald.
I’m sorry but it’s not. I saw his interview and I have a photo of his sketch that is signed! If you want I’ll email a photo of it. And the photos of him on the gurney with the brain matter underneath it is online. I’ll find it and tell you where it is. There is an interview of Dr McClelland on YouTube: JFK Assassination 50th Anniversary Interview: Interview With Robert McClelland, MD Part 1-where he states exactly where he was standing and what he observed first hand. And I am correct about the photograph in the column being a photo of a manipulation of the President’s head bc Dr McClelland says that while he was standing there he could see into the back of President Kennedy’s head and that the hole he was looking into was about 4-5” in diameter and that he could see the brain in that part of the skull was gone and while he was looking further, the right side of the cerebellum fell out onto the table. It is worth the time it will take (abt 12 minutes) for you to hear what Dr McClelland saw first hand. I have spent the past 15 years researching this terrible event. I was 10 years old and in Fifth Grade when President Kennedy was murdered. I’ll never forget the school principal’s voice on the loudspeaker announcing to the entire school that the President had been shot. It has never left me. When the Warren Report came out, it was widely denounced. Probably the most enlightening reading was the 5 volume record of the ARRB-Assassination Records Review Board-by Dennis Horne. But this interview with Dr McClelland is a first hand witness account and is truthful and riveting.
Dr Charles Crenshaw, who was a resident physician at Parkland also described what he saw while in the Trauma Rm 1 where the President lay. He said, “I saw evidence of two bullet wounds that came from the front. The head wound was tangential in nature, but was a large [open] area in the right rear part of the head. There was a loss of the parietal, temporal and most of the occipital lobe of the right cerebral hemisphere, with exposure of the cerebellum.
It was about 3 1/2” to 3 3/4” in diameter, more or less circular in shape, and had the appearance of an exit wound. The second wound I saw from the front was an anterior neck wound, which was 3-5 mm or less than 1/4” in diameter. It was clearly demarcated, round, and relatively cleanly cut…”
Both of these Drs were in the trauma room at the side or head of the gurney and were first hand witness of what they saw. Both of them refer to the photo that was shown in the column as “manipulated to cover the actual wound and support the lone gunman theory.” In fact, as they both point out, you can see the skull with a large hole in it just above the right ear and behind the gloved hand holding the scalp and hair in it.
Another excellent book on this subject was written by David Lifton called “Best Evidence” wherein he interviews the attending physicians.
No matter how the critical shot was fired, there was connections between the supposed shooter and CIA officials. What should we do about CIA? There is no doubt that the USA needs an organization like CIA (if in another name) which focuses on foreign intelligence and should not operate domestically unless approved by the POTUS (and perhaps a few more persons). But to what extent can a democracy tolerate a black-box budget? Is it reasonable to expect an Inspector General in CIA reporting to DNI directly can help reduce corruption?
P.S. I have a photograph that I took of that sketch. It’s very clear that JFK was shot from the front AND the back-but from the Dal-Tex bldg. NOT the book depository.
