The principal reason why no one has clue about Zionism is because the subject is taboo and any debate is closed down for being racist.
This short book, first published in 1997 and written by a Jew, offers a remarkable insight into Zionism. Fortunately it can still be downloaded from the Internet Archive.
'Jewish History, Jewish Religion : The weight of 3,000 years’
'Israel Shahak was a remarkable man. Born in the Warsaw ghetto and a survivor of Belsen, Shahak arrived in Israel in 1945. Brought up under Jewish Orthodoxy and Hebrew culture, he consistently opposed the expansion of the borders of Israel from 1967.
In this extraordinary and highly acclaimed book, Shahak embarks on a provocative study of the extent to which the secular state of Israel has been shaped by religious orthodoxies of an invidious and potentially lethal nature. Drawing on the Talmud and rabbinical laws, Shahak argues that the roots of Jewish chauvinism and religious fanaticism must be understood before it is too late. Written from a humanitarian viewpoint by a Jewish scholar, this is a rare and highly controversial criticism of Israel that will both excite and disturb readers worldwide.'
Thanks for presenting that information Larry, I sincerely hope you have lots of followers on Sonar 21.
I began reading up on the history of Palestine and the history of Judaism after Oct 7, 2023 and I've tried to explain some of this stuff to other people, only to be soundly and roundly abused.
Many people still believe this cluster began on Oct 7 and have no idea what the Balfour Declaration was, much less when it was presented to the House of Lords.
I've also studied paleoanthropology, a subject which encompasses evolution and genetics. That genetic evidence clearly shows that modern day Palestinians are direct genetic descendantsof the very first modern humans to successfully leave Africa, some 100,000,000 years ago, and settle the Levant.
For anyone interested in eye-watering detail, I can recommend a book titled 'Out Of Eden' by
Steven Oppenheimer ( not to be confused with the Bomb guy ).
An easier explanation can be found in a TEDX presentation by Canadian genetic scientist - ashkenazi, Nathan Pearson:
A very good over view of a complex & highly provocative subject. The Zionist will fight you in every way to have their self- serving narrative challenged, so thank you for getting some actual facts out there.
Good article Larry. I do think that a distinction should be made between Christian Zionists (mostly fundamentalist Christians believing a flavor of End-Times prophecies), and Christians in general--including Catholics, who take a more objective view. The latter are far more prevalent.
Note: I am not a socialist or Marxist, but I do read articles from differing perspectives.
I also found this explanation of the Nakba:
"Every year on May 15, Palestinians mark a sombre occasion: the Nakba (“catastrophe” in Arabic) that befell Palestinians in the lead-up to and during 1948, when they were expelled from their historic and ancestral land by Zionist militias.
During the Nakba, a mass expulsion ensued where hundreds of villages were depopulated, homes were destroyed, and thousands were killed."

😀 Excellent Information, Mr. Johnson 😃

I wanted to learn more about the 1917 Balfour Declaration. I found this article, with several additional links:

I think you do better with global politics. What happens if you ask you AI tool how the world was created?
There are several websites that explain the difference between Creation vs. Evolution theology.
Here is a fine one:

Excellent Larry! The Ashkenazic “Jews” currently running Israel and the United States are referred to by John in
Revelation 2:9. THAT’S who SATANYAHU is. He is the anti-Christ.
